When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may receive your name, company, work email, phone or WA Business number, destination, technical requirements, drawings, photos, purchasing lists, and website inquiry-source information. We also record limited conversion events, browser information, and a daily-rotating hashed network identifier for website security and source analysis.

We use this information to review your requirement, prepare a quotation, answer your inquiry, communicate about the project, prevent spam, and maintain necessary business records. We do not use uploaded drawings as public website content.

Contact actions may carry a temporary reference held in this browser tab and valid for 30 minutes. If you send the reference in an email or WA Business message, we can match that message to its website source information. We keep quotation and order follow-up records privately; a contact click alone is not treated as an inquiry or an order.

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security verification, inquiry processing, and related technical services. Uploaded attachments are kept in private temporary storage for up to 7 days so they can be recovered if email delivery fails; they are not publicly accessible. Other inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, project follow-up, legal obligations, and security.

Google Ads measurement is optional and off until you allow it. With permission, Google receives browser and page information, ad-click identifiers and successful inquiry events and may store advertising measurement cookies. We do not send RFQ form contents, drawings, email addresses or phone numbers to Google. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are not enabled.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to reject or withdraw permission at any time without affecting your inquiry. Withdrawal stops new measurement events from this website and removes accessible first-party measurement cookies; an already loaded tag may send a consent-status update. It cannot recall data already sent or remove cookies on Google's domains. On the next page, the tag will not load without permission. Existing Cloudflare services and first-party inquiry-source records described above remain in use.
