Quality Control Workflow

Each project is reviewed in stages against the purchase order, drawing, and approved sample so issues are identified before shipment.

01

Incoming Material Review

Confirm the specified grade, size, quantity, and incoming identification before production starts.

02

First-Piece Confirmation

For cutting, bending, end forming, machining, or welding, review the first piece against the drawing or approved sample.

03

In-Process Inspection

Monitor dimensions, positioning, bend angles, hole locations, threads, and weld condition for batch consistency.

04

Finished Part and Surface Review

Check outside size, wall thickness, length, appearance, welds, polishing, brushing, mirror finish, or other specified finishes.

05

Packing and Shipment Release

Confirm quantity, protection, lot labels, bundle condition, and shipping preparation before dispatch.

Inspection Scope

Inspection points are selected according to the tube type and processing route, covering standard tubes, profiled tubes, and fabricated tube parts.

01

Material and Grade

Confirm specified 201, 304, 316L, duplex stainless steel, or special alloy requirements against incoming information.

02

Dimensions and Tolerance

Check round-tube OD, square or profiled sections, wall thickness, length, hole locations, angles, and critical assembly dimensions.

03

Processing Accuracy

Review tube cutting, laser cutting, bending, expanding, reducing, hydroforming, CNC turning-milling, and threading results.

04

Weld Quality

Review weld appearance, joint consistency, distortion control, surface cleanup, and finished tube assemblies.

05

Surface Condition

Check 400#, 600#, 3K, 6K, and 8K bright finishes, satin and straight-grain brushing, plating, and powder coating.

06

Packing and Identification

Confirm quantity, protective film, end protection, strapping, labels, lot information, and customer-specific packing requirements.

Inspection Records

Turn quality requirements into order details

Send drawings, samples, material requirements, critical dimensions, and surface standards with your inquiry. We use them to define production and inspection priorities before shipment.

  • Material and specification information
  • First-piece or approved-sample standard
  • Dimensional and processing requirements
  • Surface and packing requirements
  • Shipment photos and lot identification
